Most of our range is handcrafted in Australia by makers and creators who love what they do. (A few pieces in our collections are thoughtfully made overseas.)

Do you offer wholesale or stockist opportunities?

We do on some of our range! If you're a boutique or gift shop, please contact us here.

Are your seed cards safe to plant in all parts of Australia?

Due to quarantine restrictions, some seeds can’t be shipped to WA or Tasmania—we’ll always note this on the product page.

Do your candles, soaps and skincare products contain natural ingredients?

Yes! Our candles, bath and body ranges are made using high-quality natural ingredients, essential oils, and no nasties. (our fragrances are vegan-friendly and free from parabens and phthalates)

Are your tea blends organic and where are they sourced from?

We use premium, organic ingredients from a leading Australian supplier who sources the best ingredients from around the world.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free in Australia on orders over $80. For orders under that, it’s a flat rate $10

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express post is available at checkout for an additional fee.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We pack orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery times depend on your location—generally 2–8 business days for standard post within Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to Australia and New Zealand, but we’re working on expanding! Please email us if you would like to order overseas, and we can get in touch with a shipping price.

How do I contact you if there’s an issue with my order?

You can reach us via email or the contact form on our website—we’re here to help and aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! Please send us a photo and your order details—we’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange something if I change my mind?

We’re a small business with limited runs, so we don’t usually offer change-of-mind returns—but if there’s an issue, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

I forgot to add something—can I change my order?

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best! Contact us as soon as possible.
